terms of service

these are the ground rules for redwood-akagi.xyz, the member lineup of the redwood akagi club. use the site and you agree to them. plain english, no traps.

what this site is

a showcase and management lineup for club members. public visitors can browse and submit join requests. members log in to their portal to manage their profile and request nickname changes. staff manage the data with keys.

your submissions

joining means passing an open test first — ots are held in-game every now and then, no fixed schedule. only submit after you've passed yours. when you submit:

• submit info that's real and yours — your own name/nickname, not someone else's;
• one profile per person. duplicate or fake entries get rejected or removed;
• notes are for context (e.g. why you're changing nicknames) — keep them clean;
• by submitting, you agree your displayed profile (name, nicknames, category) appears on the public lineup.

nickname changes

you need an account to request one — log in to your member portal and send it from there. requests are processed by staff. approval moves your old nickname to history and your new one becomes active. we may decline a request if it impersonates another member, breaks the game's rules, or is indecent.

membership & removal

appearing on the lineup doesn't guarantee club membership in-game. staff can hide, archive, or remove entries — for leaving the club, rule breaks, or at your own request (see the privacy policy for your data rights, including full deletion).

staff access

staff keys are personal. don't share them. every staff action is logged with the actor's name. abuse of staff access = key revoked.

acceptable use

• no scraping the lineup for spam, doxxing, or harassment;
• no attempts to bypass authentication or mess with the api;
• no uploading content you don't have the right to (photos included).

liability

the lineup is provided as-is. we keep it accurate but can't promise zero downtime or zero errors. to the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages from using this site. nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

intellectual property

the redwood akagi name, logo, and site design belong to the club. member profiles belong to the members who submitted them. the game "audition/ayodance" belongs to its respective owner — we're a fan community, not affiliated.

governing law

these terms follow the laws of the republic of indonesia.

changes

we may update these terms as the club evolves. the date above bumps when we do. continued use after changes = you're cool with them.
